Car Specification

CHASSIS / SUSPENSION: Tubular Steel cross braced epoxy coated space frame with aluminium sheet panelling.
Spax TRAKSPAX rebuildable competition shock absorbers with coil overs. Fully collet adjustable for ride height plus 12 position ride adjustment.
Unequal length wishbones front and rear with aluminium alloy cast Westfield uprights.
Front and rear fully adjustable anti-roll bars.

WHEELS: Team Dynamics Monza 6.5 X 15 Alloy Wheels.  Offset ET38
Toyo Proxes T1-S 205/50/15 tyres

BRAKES / STEERING: Disk brakes front and rear (Cortina front disk fitted at front - Escort MkIV front disks fitted at rear)
2.5 turn Rack and Pinion steering.

ENGINE: Ford Zetec 16V 1800L RQ with the following refinements:-
Jenvey Throttle Body Fuel Injection Conversion
Pipercross Foam Race Air Filter
MBE 3D mappable ECU
Raceline custom 4 into 1 stainless steel exhaust manifold with stainless steel repackable 20 litre straight through box
Raceline 5 litre cast wet sump
1 litre oil catch tank

The engine delivers approx. 155bhp @ 6070rpm and 143ft/lbs torque @ 5111rpm, however, since the installation of the new Raceline Exhaust System, it is believed that the power output will have increased by at least 8bhp to 163bhp.

TRANSMISSION: Ford MT75 5 speed gearbox with hydraulic clutch.
Limited slip differential.
Lobro CV Joints

INSTRUMENTATION: Full set of VDO Vision Instruments plus an additional centre console with voltmeter, clock, ammeter, push button starter, aircraft style fuel kill switch and oil/water temperature gauge switch
